Breathe In, Hold, Breathe Out!

Stress and anxiety is dangerous when we let it build up around us. Take time out, visit a nearby forest, walk in the mountains or sit beside a stream. Close your eyes and just breathe. Close your eyes and practice this 30 second meditation.

We hope that you enjoyed this short meditation. We find that getting outdoors, into the fresh air and turning off from daily worries it the best way to relieve tension.
