Art of Bodybending Risks it All to Send an Important Message before the Elections.

It’s 2022, and we’re about to be treated to this singer-songwriter’s first ever Tagalog single.

“Masasamang Tao is about how we’re at our worst when we allow ourselves to be paralyzed by fear. If we let the majority of wrongdoers keep us from acting out our truth, then that cowardice makes us just as bad”.

The song’s theme is universal, but with the upcoming elections, we ask AoB if the current state of the nation has influenced her composition.

“Of course it did!”, the multi-talented artist admitted bravely.

“I wasn’t able to register to vote. This is the best thing I can do to help my country. Not just from the current campaign and its current players, but hopefully towards a brighter future after all of this. I want to contribute to the growing number of people who are questioning society’s old beliefs, discerning the truth, and educating others so there will be enough people to change things.”

The song pays tribute to the sound of 60s counterculture, with hints of ska and punk, along with 90s grunge and a creepy interlude that came from nowhere - we don’t want to spoil your fun tho, so listen to the song yourself.
