Another equipment real life field test! I recently upgraded my ATN OTS thermal monolcular to the upgraded ATN OTS 4t 1.5-15x 640x480 thermal monocular viewer. For the cost of the upgrade I felt that since I made a $2,000 investment but the quality was not the greatest, for another few hundred dollars I went ahead and upgraded to a higher level of thermal monocular, which is the ATN OTS 4T 1.5-15x thermal monocular. Join me from our country living, and very remote Southern Illinois farm that is surrounded by the Shawnee National forest, as we explore the pitch black night landscape and see all kinds of wildlife and wild critters. Also while testing out this Thermal monocular our cat, Prim, decided that she wanted to stay out later than her bedtime so I used the ATN OTS 4T thermal monocular to find her in the dark, not only hunting a mouse in a rock pile, but also lurking around the house in the dark while I am trying to call her to get back in the house! lol. OK, all kidding aside this is a great thermal monocular and I have a long way to go before I really get to maximizing it's true thermal vision capabilities! But so far it has been fun learning it!
