County Revises Way to Count COVID-19 Deaths; Alec Baldwin Charged| California Today - Jan. 31

A California county is poised to change the way it counts COVID-19 deaths based on a new algorithm; a Hollywood actor is criminally charged for his involvement in the fatal "Rust" shooting that led to the death of his cinematographer; and weeks of rain brought much needed relief to the state.
