Enjoy our rendition of "Mama Tried", performed on October 2, 2022 at BeerGarden in Eugene, Oregon. I first heard this song played by the Grateful Dead, but, as is true with so many of the songs they played, it was written by somebody else. Quote at the end: "I think I erroneously said that was the Grateful Dead— it's actually Merle Haggard"
