Throwback to May of 2000, I was there at Universal Studios, Amphitheater when the Academy of Country Music Awards took place.
This footage was shot was the day prior known as "media day'.
Dolly officially meets Billy Gilman for the first time in this video where she served as the Emcess/host for the awards show.
The media went crazy.
