Once a full time Bassist, as of early 2020, I have come to suffer with chronic CFS/ME, which has left me mostly bedridden.

Armed only with an Amazon Echo Dot, my IPhone SE, a 3 watt Blackstar battery powered amplifier, and whichever one of my wonderful instruments takes my fancy, I endeavour to put out these little improv jam snippets, in some hope of retaining my playing ability.
