Don't buy these tools might be a bit of an extreme. Let me start by saying this is all just my opinion based on my experiences with the tools.
Buying a new tool is a fun exciting moment in all makers lives. So much so that we tend to buy tools just to feel that rush only to find out a year later that you used it once and now could really use that money back to buy ANOTHER new tool you "NEED"!
The main point of sharing these stories with you all is just to help you think about your next tool purchase. If a tool is addressing a need to you have now that is great BUT will you have that need if your skills improve?? If no, maybe just borrow the tool or find another way.
