This week's Flashback video brings us back 28 years when the UK and the US Charts were lead by a Canadian singing a love-ballad for a British rebel in a movie. The song would break the record for most consecutive weeks on top of the UK charts and still holds it to this day. Meanwhile in Germany it was a song taken from a commercial for an alcoholic beverage that helped this American lady to her one and only hit in the country.
