Frostnatt - Den Russiske Tomheten (full ep, 2020

Presenting the epic, glacially cool new EP of instrumental atmoblack from Russian one-man band, Frostnatt.

This project just keeps getting more accomplished with each release – on his third EP he expands on the eerily industrial sound of December’s Rimfrost ep, stiffening it to an almost martially propulsive clip then drops it into an expansive Siberian landscape. From this vantage point the ep delivers some imposing walls of iced granite riffs, showers shards of icy splinters, and soaks up some blissful rays of winter sun to swell the chill.

Getting a bit obsessed with this guy.
