Today - Friday, August 27th - Reggae Vibes Music, the American based roots label is sharing the highly anticipated thirteen-track reggae compilation, titled Rock All Riddim. The project's name was inspired by the community where several of the artists who are featured on the album hails from.
The Rock All Riddim has new music from Richie Spice, Snatcha Lion and Fiyaneer, who are all from the Rock Hall district in the hills of St. Andrew. It was Fiyaneer who suggested dropping the "H" and using "Rock All" to symbolize that reggae music is for all people. Hence the name Rock All Riddim. The juggling also features Jah Cure, Sizzla Kalonji, Lutan Fyah, Turbulence, Bescenta, Anthony B, Dreama, Powerman, Kendallaz and Rufftop Rock I.
So far the label has released two tracks from the compilation: Sizzla's Get Out A Babylon System and Rufftop Rock I's Life Is What You Make It. Both songs have gotten rave reviews from music critics and reggae enthusiasts in the general public.
When asked what inspired the project, label owner and CEO Marlon Folkes said the following: "Reggae Vibes Music is on a journey to solidify a brand that is synonymous with providing quality music to Reggae fans. We recognize that this will take time, diligence and consistency. The strategic balance to achieve this drives us to compile a noteworthy album every year. The World Rebirth RIddim was released July 2020 and did very well with the support of deejays and Reggae fans all over the world . The team felt that it would be good to follow up with an equally solid project almost a year later in the form of the Rock All Riddim."
