Transcribed a Roy Nichols solo from his early days in the Maddox Brothers and Rose band. The tunes call "George's Playhouse Boogie", not sure of the exact date it was recorded but it was between 1946-1951. Its pretty cool hearing a young Roy pre Haggard and The Strangers! It's a great solo to learn and absorb some western swing chops, its easy to play & understand. Just dealing with I-IV-V changes, and most of the lines played are out of simple chord shapes. Hope you can take something from it, thanks for watching.
