This is a new recording and music video for the hymn, “Precious Lord, Take My Hand,” composed by Rev. Thomas A. Dorsey. Dorsey wrote the song in response to his grief over the death of his wife, Nettie Harper, in childbirth, and his infant son in August 1932.
