One thing that I enjoy doing at the end of a practice session is improvising and seeing where the music wants to go, without any strict pre-planning on my part. Sometimes after practicing very specific concepts and tunes during a practice session, it can be liberating to be free and to simply improvise and play in a stream of consciousness way. For me, I think the different styles of music I like to play all blend together when improvising a solo piece- Jazz, Bluegrass, Rock, Country, Classical, Pop, etc.
So here is my first time recording something that I do all the time around the house- improvise. Hope you enjoy.
