In this edition of "Food Skills," we take a look at the real-deal Mexican street-food vendor Los Tacos No. 1 in Chelsea Market. The signature taco--which, if you ask us, is the city's best--is the adobada, a Northern Mexican cousin to al pastor. The tortillas are pressed from fresh masa and puffed up on the griddle, and the red-chili-marinated pork is expertly shaved off a glistening spit before getting topped with sweet pineapple.
