My Scotland journey in July 2018 was one of my best life experiences. It's a big tick in my bucket list but definitely going back again in the next opportunity.
Check this video to see the Edinburgh castle, one of the world's famous castles, built on a 350-million year old volcanic rock. Such a majestic view! From the top of the castle, you can have a bird's-eye view of the old town on one side, and the country's new town on the other.
For our love of food, may pa-mango sticky rice jan in a Thai Orchid restaurant! yum! (link below)
Then we booked a day tour via Timberbush (link below) and I must say, our tour guide was brilliant! Medyo mahirap lang maintindihan minsan ang thick Scottish accent mga besh but it was overall fun and well-organized. Check out the Glen coe and the Highlands in the middle of the vid for an awe-inspiring experience!
Lastly, we travelled Loch Ness lake by boat, overseeing the monumental Urquhart Castle. We haven't spotted "Nessie" though (who/what is that? you'll know when you get there). ;)
Let me know of your experiences too and share happiness in travelling! :)
