Metal driven by a full horn section.
Hey Maniac is taken from the album Breathe, Fight Believe – Released 24/06/2022
In my life time world leaders have taken us to war in the Middle East with little justification and no plan. Too many servicemen and women have been lost fighting wars they should not have been in, all the while decimating the countries of innocent people. Where we should be welcoming those who have fled war torn countries as a result of our actions, instead my country has steadily become more and more xenophobic and closed off than ever before. I’m angry.
Lyrics
You don’t speak for us now [you don’t speak for us]
Hear the sound of the silence
You don’t speak for us now [you don’t speak for us]
Twist the truth from your pedestal
You don’t speak for us now [you don’t speak for us]
Hear the sound of the silence
You don’t speak for us now [you don’t speak for us]
Hear the roar of indifference
Fuelling civil war it looked so good on the surface
But what you did just made our soldiers feel worthless
You send our heroes out to fight and more and more they go to die
What’s the purpose, whats the point
Is what I wanna know, displace the innocent,
Leave them with no home
You just feed the waaaaaar
The violence and the hate, violence and the hate
We are one, we are many, we are legion
We are one, we are many, we are legion
We are one, we are many, we are legion
We av come as the voice of the victims
Hey maniac, is this a war you can win
Displace the innocent, cause others have sinned
Laid waste to… forced to flee
They arrive on our shores…..turn them away
People die (for what, for what), they’re dying all the time
And you don’t want their blood on your hands
When you are screaming, go to war
People die (for what, for what), its open season for the cells and the hives of those
Who thrive on segregation
I don’t sympathise, you are playing with lives
We are one, we are many, we are legion
We are one, we are many, we are legion
We are one, we are many, we are legion
We av come as the voice of the victims
Hey maniac, is this a war you can win
Displace the innocent, cause others have sinned
Laid waste to… forced to flee

People die (for what, for what), its open season for the cells and the hives of those
Who thrive on segregation
I don’t sympathise, you are playing with lives
Hey maniac is this a war we’ll win
This terror, divides us all, all of us
Complain that immigration isn’t fair on the workers
They’ll bleed our country dry, that’s just a disservice
So we are blind to their plight, and more and more they’re going to die
What’s the purpose, whats the point
Is what I wanna know, global community,
There’s walls up just the same
Don’t forget the paaaaast
We’re migrants, all of us, way back when in time
We are one, we are many, we are legion
We are one, we are many, we are legion
We are one, we are many…
Breathe Fight Believe is the debut album from We are many we are legion.
Metal driven by a six-piece horn section, fusing the dark rasp of New Orleans style brass with the aggressiveness of metal guitars and harsh vocals all resolving to soaring choruses. This is music to make you angry, make you uncomfortable, make you want your voice to be heard.
Leading up to the full album release date on 24/06/2022 I am releasing all 13 songs one by one, so make sure you subscribe so you don’t miss a single video.
