In this video I am going to talk about a short story about pigeons that landed the Uyghur writer in prison for 10 years in China. Uyghurs (or Uighurs) are a Turkic minority in western china, persecuted for their religious and cultural beliefs.

I'm on a journey to read unique books and stories from every country on earth , not only to understand the country, its people and culture better, but also learn storytelling so I can write my own novel one day.
