"Last Leaf on the Tree" je 76. solo studijski album legendarnog američkog kantautora Willieja Nelsona. Objavljen je 1. studenog 2024., album sadrži pjesme tekstopisaca poput Becka, Toma Waitsa, Neila Younga i Nine Simone, kao i novu verziju Nelsonove pjesme "The Ghost" iz 1962. i originalnu pjesmu ("The Color of Sound") napisanu u koautorstvu Williea i Micah Nelson. Upravo je Williejev sin Micah identificirao glavnu misao koja se proteže albumom, a ona je "suočavanje sa smrću s milošću".
