Today in our village, we cook Conch which is a rare item in our village peoples. Conch meat is one of the tastiest seafood recipe.

We first take out the conch meat from the shell then we cook it in our traditional village cooking style. We can also eat boiled conch meat without adding any spices or masala because of the conch meat taste.

Finally, we enjoy the Sangu Kari with the joy of the taste.
