Eurovision Song Contest - Each Country's Best Result in the Semi-Finals (2004-2021)

So, here is a random video I decided to make. Each country's best placement in the semi-finals from 2004-2021! This is actually a video I've been wanting to make since 2019 but had many delays until I made it this year.

I HAVE 3 DISCLAIMERS HERE:

1.) This only deals with the semi-finals, so none of the Big 5 countries are included here.

2.) I will not count the Kvalifikacija za Millstreet from 1993 or the pre-qualifying round of 1996. I will only count 2004-2021. The reason being that they are when the actual semi-finals were introduced instead of just experimental pre-qualifying rounds like in 1993 or 1996.

3.) These are not based on my opinions. They are pulled from eurovisionworld.com and Wikipedia. So don't say something like, "WHY ARE YOU SAYING THAT THAT'S HOW YOU WRITE A SONG IS THE BEST FROM NORWAY." These are NOT opinions. These are hard facts from the sources. It is important to address this because I've seen comments on other videos that are stupid and think it is an opinion-based video instead of a FACT-BASED VIDEO.
