Follow the recipe step by step, use coarse bread crumbs or panco crumbs for the best quality and texture..
Dust the shaped mixture in plain flour then use the egg mixture to bind.
I prefer deep frying than shallow frying..keep your oil in low temperature for frying.
Always eat with sweet and Sour chutneys or relishes..
