Shawn Hess | "When You Call" | Western AF

In Wyoming, we only have one area code and that’s (307). It’s a sign you’re getting a call from a good friend, your worst enemy, or maybe your favorite watering hole reminding you your tab is due. In the spirit of good friends, Western AF is proud to announce “307 Days.” A celebration if you will of Wyoming artists.

From March 1st (3/01) to the March 7th “(3/07)” we’re going to release a video a day from a Wyoming artist. We’re excited to showcase some of the state’s best and we hope you enjoy our bombardment of videos. So we are proud to celebrate Wyoming voices and we hope your ears and hearts are swayed by our featured artists.

Today we're starting off with Laramie's own home town hero Shawn Hess. He was one of those musicians in Laramie that seemed to be the best "gun for hire" bass player for local bands. Then out of no where, boom, Shawn showed up to a showcase in Laramie with a bunch of amazing and sad cowboy songs. Truly amazing to hear and watch Shawn's country career grow. We appreciate the hell outta him.
